Completing the forms is greatly simplified because much of the required data (such as name, address, telephone number, department, manager’s name, etc) is automatically pre-populated from information that was entered on the employment application and on the requisition.


The completed documents are monitored by HR, forwarded to the appropriate area or department, and stored for future retrieval.
